We have launched our new weekly webinar series focused on private client law. Members of the team will give 30-minute presentations and be available for a virtual Q&A session afterwards.

The webinar series

Inheritance Tax webinar – this will consider Inheritance Tax and explain what Inheritance Tax is, when it is applicable, and review some estate planning options available. Presented by Senior Associate Kayleigh O’Donnell.

Lasting Powers of Attorney webinar – this consider both types of LPAs, their significance when caring for a loved one and how you put them in place. Presented by Solicitor Nicholas Conway.

Probate webinar – dealing with a loved one’s estate after their death is often incredibly hard. This webinar will explain the process, highlight some things to be aware of and explain how we can help. Presented by Associate Christopher Dickinson.

Wills and care fee planning webinar – this will look at making a will, why a will is so important and what care fee planning options are available to you. Presented by one of the above speakers.
