Pinney Talfourd’s corporate team has advised the founding shareholders of fast-growing Media Servicing Limited on the sale of the company to US based Underground Vaults & Storage.Media Servicing Limited provides a range of specialist support services to some of the greatest names in film, television, music, and advertising. This ranges from industry tailored storage services, environmentally responsible media recycling, and event and branding services.

In just six years Media Servicing has grown from small beginnings into a renowned expert in its field. Such was its growth that it attracted Kansas based Underground Vaults & Storage to make the acquisition, not only to assist with its own international expansion, but also to develop its client relationships and offerings.

Commenting on the deal, lead partner Edward Garston said “it was clear from the outset that the transaction would deliver benefits to both parties, and my team and I were delighted to assist in bringing this to a successful conclusion”.
