The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for vulnerable and elderly people. Lockdown has meant many classed as vulnerable were unable to get to the bank, shops or non urgent appointments. Having an LPA in place would ensure that your attorney could always help you in times of restricted movement.Our webinar will explain what an LPA is, who needs them and why in 30 minutes and provide information on how we can assist including details of our 30 minute free consultation which will allow you to discuss your case with one of our lawyers.
