The Family Law Team are delighted to welcome Remyhs Baker to the firm. Remyhs is a passionate family lawyer and is looking forward to helping our clients in all areas of family law. In this article, we find out a little bit about Remyhs.
Remyhs joined the firm in early 2019 after training and qualifying at a leading London law firm. She qualified in 2017 and has practised family law since that time.

Remyhs has dealt with divorce cases involving Sharia Law and also has an interest in helping Modern Families such as single parent families, same sex families and blended families.
So, who is the personality behind the lawyer? We asked her a few questions:
Do you have any particular passion in the world of family law?
I am a member of Resolution and YRes, Resolution’s network of family law professionals at the start of their careers. Resolution members are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. We encourage solutions that consider the needs of the whole family – and in particular the best interests of children. I am particularly passionate about children law.
I am also a member of the LGBT+ Lawyers division of the Law Society.
Do you have any hobbies?
I love to go to the theatre and I am an avid reader of fantasy novels. I also have a beautiful and crazy cat named Bellatrix.
Do you have an ultimate bucket list wish?
To fly in a hot air balloon and to meet my favourite author JK Rowling!
