Acting on behalf of a mother on two occasions where there was an issue as to contact with her son who teenager, who refused to see his father for more than a few hours, every other week. Despite the Cafcass Officer advising that contact should be reduced and any forced contact would be detrimental to the child, the Family Court granted the father additional contact days. The child refused to comply and father issued enforcement proceedings. These were successfully re-butted and the Final Order made in accordance with Cafcass’s recommendations which had previously been rejected by the court.

I would like to thank Michael for his excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend him."
Ms F, Hornchurch

I would have no hesitation in recommending his services."

Mrs A, Brentwood
"I found Michael Sheville to be very straightforward and honest. I felt he handled matters which were clearly difficult for me to discuss in a sensitive manner. I feel very much that I could not have survived the previous months without his advice and support. He reacted to situations promptly and with a great deal of legal force. He has subsequently also dealt with preparing my will, which has helped to place my affairs in order. I feel that he has a genuine interest in my well-being and has been diligent in obtaining the best outcome possible for me. I would not hesitate to recommend his services."
Mrs X, Brentwood
"Really fantastic service - will recommend."
Ms F, Hornchurch
"Michael advised me during my divorce process and associated issues. During this time both Michael and his staff's professionalism and advice were first class. He always made himself available for advice and guidance whilst dealing with what was a long drawn out and at times difficult process. His help in gaining the best overall outcome for me was, without doubt, priceless and the team he assembled around us to achieve this result was first class. Before coming here I had spent time trying to use a city firm who quite frankly were not in touch at all with my situation and in fact made matters worse."
Mr R, London
