Rebecca has dealt with a wide range of both freehold & leasehold purchases acting for both personal Clients and property developers. Rebecca also has a specialism of dealing with the sale of deceased properties in probate matters and often works closely with the Private Client department.
Rebecca routinely handles transfers of equity for Clients, often where one party is either being added or removed from the title which is usually done in conjunction with tax planning advice the Client has received.
Rebecca also assists Clients who own leasehold properties in having the lease extended as and when appropriate and has connections within the industry to assist with negotiating the value of the premium.
