Refund and Returns Policy

Pay your invoices through our secure online payments platform.

Our online payment facility enables any Pinney Talfourd client to pay their bill, or make a payment on account if requested or agreed with a member of our team.

This payment platform cannot be used for:

• Payments relating to “balances to complete”
• Deposits for property purchases or lump sum payments.

Using our online payment facility may delay your transaction. This is due to the times in which funds are cleared. Any corresponding outgoing payments cannot be paid until we are in receipt of those cleared funds.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact your lawyer dealing with your transaction.

Payments by card can only be accepted with authorisation by the cardholder. Pinney Talfourd will only accept payment in GBP(£) currency.

Please note: any payments made by card are non refundable. Should you wish to discuss any refund, please liaise directly with your Lawyer.
